Join us for an evening of Mediumship!

Hi Sunshine News readers,

This week we are sharing details of a very special event, our evening of Mediumship with local medium Stephen Crawford and cosmic healer, Stuart Watson and its safe to say the team are super excited for this one!

Believers and non believers alike will come together to share the gifts of two prominent regional spiritualists who are coming together to help us raise much needed funds.

Readers will remember that Stephen Crawford joined us at the Chillingham Castle Scarefest of 2022, and what a night we had as the angry spirit Castle Jailor John Sage chased us around from room to room determined to get us out of his space!

Stephen was integral to the evenings success and along with the wonderful team at Spiritus International, we received many messages, signs and even video evidence of the paranormal…. At the event I had the chance to chat to Stephen and tell him about the work of our charity and its safe to say Stephen fully engaged with our ethos and vowed to help support us going forward.

“I met The Chronicle Sunshine Fund team at Chillingham Castle in October when I attended their Scarefest event as a Spiritualist Medium. The night itself was very eventful but what really stood out was the passion the team have for the charity and the families they support.

"Im a local lad and I am passionate about organisations that support the welfare and well being of people in our region to make it a better place for all who live here. I love the work that The Sunshine Fund do and I know they make a real difference to the lives of the children and young adults they support so I was keen to find a way to help.”

Stephen has worked with the team to arrange a fundraising evening of Mediumship which will take place at The Grand Hotel in Gosforth on Thursday 9th February. He has also enlisted the skills of his friend, Stuart Watson who is a cosmic healer and has a large following in our region as people visit him for healing and guidance.

Both Stephen and Stuart sell out venues across the region due to their gifts and talents so we are extremely grateful they have chosen to support us in this way. Stephen said: “When I told Stuart about my plans to support the charity he was happy to offer his gifts and time to support this amazing cause.

"Together we will put on a fantastic show and we are looking forward to welcoming audience members old and new. You can expect an evening of laughter, tears and special memories as we share this event with you.”

Head of Sales at The Grand Hotel, Gosforth Park, Jane Heath is also looking forward to opening up the venue for this unique event. Jane said “We are huge supporters of The Chronicle Sunshine Fund here at The Grand, our whole team love to get involved with the charities events and campaigns throughout the year from bake sales to Christmas Jumper Days, so we are thrilled to host this special event. We are looking forward to welcoming guests to the hotel and supporting the charity in what will no doubt be another sell out success!”

Tickets are priced at £10 and are available through Eventbrite. Over 75% of our tickets have now been sold and we would love to make this a sell out event!

Doors open at 7pm and we strongly encourage anyone who is looking to join us to reserve their tickets ahead of the event to avoid disappointment. We will be hosting a raffle on the night and there are some fabulous prizes up for grabs, if you cant join us but would still like to support us with a raffle prize, please do get in touch!
