The communities of the North East really are at the heart of all we do and we rely solely on the generosity of local individuals, groups and communities to support us in our fundraising.
Fundraising in your community for The Chronicle Sunshine Fund is an incredible way to raise funds, awareness and additional support for the charity. Not to mention it's fun!
From charity of the year partnerships to collection cans and from bake sales to family fun days, we love it all! Find out how you local community can support below...
Simply get in touch if you can support us in any way or would like to have a chat about ideas and how we can help you too.
We host exclusive Sunshine Fund Family events throughout the year where we can offer our families advice and support, whilst offering their children fun, accessible and inclusive places to play with their siblings. We are always on the hunt for new venues like cinemas and soft play centers, plus organisations who can offer free advice to our families.
From bake sales to school fayres, we love a good old community event that's been organised by our supporters. We can provide you with collections buckets, balloons and banners so please get in touch to let us know about your event.
We like to think that we have something for everyone to take part in but we love to hear about supporters taking on their own challenges for us! We've had Great North Swimmers, Coast to Coast cyclists and everything in-between. Get in touch for an official sponsor form or for support in setting up a Just Giving page.
