Our Sunshine Run 5K is one of our core events, but it wouldn't be possible without the crucial support of volunteers.​

We have three opportunities at this event:

Lead cyclist: to ride ahead of our runners to guide the race and ensure safety. Must be a confident cyclist able to maintain their position at the front, and must have own equipment including a helmet.

Daytime Setup: Helping during the day to set up signage and event collateral.

Evening volunteer and race marshals: Assisting with the help desk, handing out medals and water, cheering runners on and recording the details of the winners. Marshals will direct our runners the correct way, ensuring a safe flow of traffic and reporting any emergency info back to event leads. Previous experience marshalling race events is ideal but not required.
