
Our Sunshine Run 5K is one of our core events, but it wouldn't be possible without the crucial support of volunteers.

We have three opportunities at this event:
Daytime Setup (4 - 8 required): Helping during the day to set up bunting and signage.
General evening volunteer (4 required): Assisting with the help desk, handing out medals and water, cheering runners on and recording the details of the winners.
Race marshals (22 required): Directing our runners the correct way, ensuring a safe flow of traffic and reporting any emergency info back to event leads. Previous experience marshalling race events is ideal but not required.
