The Sunshine Fund is proud to be taking over the much-loved Ponteland Duck Race for 2026!
There will be 5 duck races throughout the afternoon of Sunday 6th September, with up to 500 ducks racing in each slot.
A cash prize will be rewarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd winning ducks in each race.
🥇 1st prize - £50
🥈 2nd prize - £25
🥉 3rd prize - £10
£2 per duck or £10 for a duck in each race.
You can buy as many ducks as you like - the more you buy, the more chances you have of winning. Ducks can be bought online in advance, or on the day.
Save time on the day and avoid disappointment if we run out by buying your duck(s) online. Or, if you're unable to attend the Duck Race in person, you can still get involved and have a chance of winning!
